Cinnamon Hydrosol A few drops of Cinnamon Hydrosol will settle your stomach, is good for indigestion, morning sickness and nausea. Jeanne Rose notes in 375 Essential Oils and Hydrosols, cinnamon bark oil is “Antispasmotic, anti-infectious, antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal particularly against Candida and Aspergillus” (p. 66). As the EO can irritate skin, a hydrosol will be much gentler on the skin.
